A shy small-town country girl with Big Dreams and first-generation college graduate, Tangela Collins-Myers is a Financial Strategist, Money Mindset Coach, Author and Business Consultant with over 26 years of financial services/banking expertise. She served as a trusted business partner where she helped organizations ensure they had sound business practices, processes and resources in place to successfully execute on strategic plans while controlling risk threats.

 

Navigating the political landscape of corporate America and pushing past barriers, she discovered her Power along the journey and advanced from being an entry level associate to a top bank executive with her expertise spanning subject matters and disciplines in mentoring, management, finance, audit, compliance, real estate, business operations, and risk management. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a North and South Carolina licensed life insurance agent.

 

Tangela is passionate about helping people create a growth mindset so they can achieve their financial goals. Based on personal and professional experiences, Tangela knows the importance of financial literacy and the right money mindset and discipline that leads to having a strong financial foundation. She partners with individuals to shift their mindset and create a Financial Blueprint for Success and Abundance while referring them to solutions to drive stronger financial health. Tangela also has a passion for giving back and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and serves on the Board for the Council on Aging, a nonprofit organization that helps the Senior population live a full and independent life. She values spending time with her loving family, serving in ministry, and traveling.
